i’m not a big fan of “The Boss”, but i was interested in hearing him attempt a few Seger songs, just to laugh at his weak attempts, but the songs on the record are from some grandpa dude named Seeger. it’s like kiddie music, “froggy-went-a-courtin” and “buffalo gals”, shit like that.
put a Seger sanction on the sales of this motherfucker."
