What it takes to get things done around here

After receiving 23 emails under one subject line (which actually had something to do with a totally different show than the one we are playing on 2/8) and not having anything answered, these are the drastic measures I was compelled to take.

Everyone nicely responded within 24 hours.
=============
Finn has mentioned a Monday practice more than one time (for example he did
it back when we thought 2/8 was Lou Barlow). I can't do that night, but I
can't do any night before 2/8 anyway so maybe the rest of you can get
together? And I would like it if we could do a moderately lengthy sound
check to sneak in practicing, which Finn can't do.

Proposed:
1. Those who are available Monday, practice Monday.
2. Those who are available early Tuesday, show up early Tuesday.
Presuming the Nahm is in both camps, natch.

Rules of reply:
0. You should actually weigh in on both points.
1. You may not post more crazy-ass url's until you have weighed in. Once
you have, you are free to post.
2. You may not comment on someone else's crazy-ass url once they have
weighed in if you yourself have not weighed in. You may not even
acknowledge it.
3. If you have weighed in and someone who has not weighed in posts a
crazy-ass url, you are obligated to reply "The link's not working, LOL.
BTW, what do you think about those proposals? TTFN. GILF."
4. If you have weighed in and someone else who has not weighed in posts a
REPLY to a crazy-ass url post, you are obligated to question whether that is
that big a deal, but then decide it is and resend this email with > <
framing this line. An example appears below:

5. "Meta-comments," or commenting on the actual process, is SEVERELY
PROHIBITED. Well, frowned upon anyway. Is it as funny as you think?
Probably not, and then where would we be?

If we are unable to follow this protocol, two of you will not get your
sundaes, while the other two will have nuts on their sundaes but will be
allergic to nuts.

Word is bond,

Matt
